Video Walls are typically a number of panels joined together to form a single or multiple of images created via either external or proprietary software.  This type of medium is typically used in public spaces such as school foyers, tertiary education spaces, public transport stations or other high circulation areas.  They can also be used in lieu of traditional projection screen systems, giving the added benefit of better image quality, particularly in high ambient light conditions where traditional projectors and motorised screens may not perform as well.   Their long term maintenance cost is considerably lower than a traditional projection system.
